All of our life coaching calls begin with an initial Discovery Call.
This call takes roughly 20-30 minutes.
We chat and get to know one another.
During this call, you will get a feel for me and my style of coaching, and I’ll get a feel for you and what your goals are. I’ll ask you a couple of questions and then you’ll have an opportunity to ask me any questions that you may have.
This call is completely free
All it will cost you is 30 minutes of your time.
If you wouldn’t like to go ahead with the life coaching sessions for any reason, no worries. You’ll walk away with an understanding of life coaching and the option of looking elsewhere for more suitable life coaches or the possibility of coming back and engaging in the coaching with me at some point in the future.
One to one coaching/one-off coaching call. This session is the espresso of coaching calls. There’s no BS, we get directly to the point.
After our discovery call, I will have asked you to complete a couple of exercises before the session so that the ground work is done and we can get right into it!
Ideally, this is what I would recommend. Change takes time, new habits take time, and embedding new ways of thinking takes time.
Having six sessions gives us time to really grasp the underlying limiting thoughts and beliefs that are causing a barrier to you being your best self, and what impact they are having on your goal.
Let's remember that there is never only that one goal to think about. Any change is going to impact all areas of your life, having the time to explore this and prepare you for it will increase your chances of maintaining your new goal long term!
This is the minimum number of sessions I offer for ongoing coaching.
Throughout these four sessions, I will ask you to do the exercises on your own time, we can then discuss the findings in our session.
Each week at the end of our session you will set your own action points, not me.
So please don't overwork yourself, this is meant to be an enjoyable experience
